The estate La Vaupeline is located in the regional park of Millevaches in Limousin. It rises between 450 and 550 meters above sea level and is an ideal location relaxing business retreat. La Vaupeline estate is a former agricultural property located in the quiet countryside, surrounded by 85 hectares of meadows and woods.

The property has five lodgings in total, each one full of charm, and each housing three to five people, with the total property accommodating up to 25. While being 5 separate homes, these cottages are all close to each other for the right balance of privacy and interaction. Our estate also has a swimming pool and a reception room, perfect for large gatherings or meetings.

Larger meetings will take place in an old barn built in the mid-nineteenth century, which has been completely renovated to offer you optimal comfort and modern features. A park of 10 ha allows you to work and relax in an idyllic and completely natural setting. The barn venue provides a modern meeting room with old world charm.

In this natural and peaceful location, you will encounter a different kind of work environment, which promotes team cohesion. Thanks to a relaxed atmosphere, this meeting space in the countryside will encourage interaction and team bonding between your employees.

Equipment and amenities for your seminars in the countryside

The Barn:  This renovated space allows you to carry out your seminars, courses, conferences and training in the countryside in optimal comfort. This meeting space opens directly on a 100 m2 terrace overlooking a splendid view if the countryside. We also provide you with all of the equipment you will need for a successful meeting:

• Whiteboard and flipchart (markers provided)
• Sound system in the room
• Projector (rental on request)

• Catering services*

Catering Options:

We offer several options to meet your catering needs.

• You may coordinate a menu with tasty authentic dishes, prepared with local ingredients. For this option, you will need to reserve and select your menu options in advance. We can prepare breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, barbeques, desserts, etc.
• There is also a kitchen on site, with all of the necessary equipment to prepare your own meals. The kitchen is adjacent to the reception room, so meal preparation can be done close to the meeting.
• Finally, you may elect to hire outside catering to come on to the property as well.

• Lunch served in our reception room with the menu of the day, which includes a starter, main course, and dessert. Wine (1 bottle for every 3 people) and coffee will also be served at the table
• Afternoon coffee break with biscuits and fruit juice
• Dinner served in our reception room with the menu of the day, which includes a starter, main course, and dessert. Wine (1 bottle for every 3 persons) and coffee will also be served at the table
• Lodging in our cottages
• Breakfast the 2^nd morning, served buffet style (hot coffee/tea, pastries, bread, jams, cereals, brioches, yogurt, fruit, and fruit juice)

Semi-residential seminar package includes:

• Rental of an equipped room (Wi-Fi, flip chart and markers, pens, bottles of water)
• Lodging in our cottages
• Breakfast served buffet style (hot coffee/tea, pastries, bread, jams, cereals, brioches, yogurt, fruit, and fruit juice)break with biscuits and fruit juice
• Lunch served in our reception room with the menu of the day, which includes a starter, main course, and dessert. Wine (1 bottle for every 3 people) and coffee will also be served at the table

Study day package includes:
